Yuval Noah Harari ★★★★★
A Brief History of Humankind

A very good pop-science book about the past and present of our species. It describes what we know about where we come from, how we lived as hunter-foragers (and how the advent of agriculture was not an all-around good thing), highlights the importance of the cognitive, agricultural and industrial-scientific revolutions.

It leaves you with more questions than answers, makes you think about our species and our future. Good stuff.
