Progress
A great read about the progress that mankind has made during the last few decades.
It’s very similar to Hans Rosling’s Factfulness, full of data and metrics, but with a less preachy style, so I strongly preferred this one. Besidese actual data it provides anecdotes about people like Norman Borlaug and Beate Sirota, people who we rarely hear of but who are pioneers who made huge contributions to our world.
